Submission Guidelines

Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference. Full-length original research contributions and review articles 12-15 pages as per springer single column format shall be uploaded for Springer ISAC 2026 via the Microsoft CMT online submission system.

Authors are required to follow the official Springer Nature Proceedings Guidelines. To ensure your manuscript meets the publication standards, please use the mandatory Microsoft Word or LaTeX templates available for download on the Springer Computer Science Proceedings Author Page-

Paper Categories

Category Recommended Length Description
Full Papers 12 – 15 Pages Comprehensive papers presenting mature research, detailed methodologies, and extensive experimental results.
Short Papers 6 – 11 Pages Papers describing ongoing research, innovative ideas, or preliminary results with solid theoretical backing.

Originality and Plagiarism

All papers submitted to International Conference on Intelligent Systems and Ambient Communication (ISAC 2026) must be original and not currently under consideration by another journal or conference. The conference follows a strict anti-plagiarism policy. All submissions will be screened using iThenticate (or similar software) to verify originality. Any paper found to have a high similarity index or containing plagiarism greater than 10% will be rejected immediately without review.

Copyright and License to Publish

Once a paper is accepted, authors must submit a signed Springer Nature License to Publish form. This is a mandatory requirement for the inclusion of the paper in the proceedings.

Please verify that your paper adheres to the citation quality check: Total self-citations must be less than 15–20%. Papers with disproportionate self-referencing will be returned for revision prior to peer review.

Review Policy

ISAC 2026 will not accept any paper which, at the time of submission, is under reviewing, is accepted for publication, or has already been published in another conference or journal. Each submission will undergo a double-blind peer review by at least three TPC members" to demonstrate high academic rigor. Authors are also expected not to submit their papers elsewhere during the reviewing period. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results / techniques on which they depend or build.

Reviewing Process

Confirmation and paper id for submission will be sent via email within 1-2 working days. If you cannot receive a confirmation more than 3 days, please contact: ISAAC2026@presidencyuniversity.in

A preliminary selection process will take about 10-15 days after your submission, at which point you will be notified by email whether it was selected. Then after peer review process, initial acceptance/rejection will be distributed about 20-25 days after your submission.

Please complete registration only after you receive the notification of acceptance. You should follow the steps in the notification for a successful registration.
